1. Affinity Provider Application Instructions:
- Complete the online Application form, submit the Application using the "Submit Application Now" button.
Once you submit application successfully, a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly.
- You can't login to your account until receiving approval notification email.
- After receiving approval email and logging into your account by navigating to "MY ACCOUNT" on
the top-right links, you can upload your company logo, enter description of your products and services,
contact information and maybe even a link to a case study of how your services helped other providers.
All information you submit is subject to be reviewed and approved by Investorside administrator
before releasing to Investorside Providers.
- Investorside Affinity Provider is limited to applicant/providers who offer one of the following:
- A minimum discount of products or services offered to Investorside Providers or
- Sponsorship of at least one Investorside annual event such as Independent's Day/Provider's Day and/or
one Investorside Community Event which are held quarterly.
- Affinity Providers must select one of the above terms before Affinity Providers approval.
